He claims mmex will be doing a reverse split after several conversions. Actually, since Hanks and Lemons beneficially own over 500 million shares of class A shares, they would be hurting themselves the most. And if they issued shares to themselves after that action, no one would buy and Hanks would see lawsuits and a potential SEC investigation.
He has clearly said that the remainder of the A/S shares will be for EQUITY in the full refinery. In case you don’t know what the value of a full 100 bbl refinery would be even with 5 billion S/O. Think $20 billion +. People tend to forget that refineries run for decades. Even if stupidity reigns and there are electric BS cars being bought left and right, the fact that there will still be hundreds of millions of Cars on the roads in the world, will mean oil will be necessary for at least 50-100 yrs
