I found the discussion of shipping shredded plastic from suppliers vs. unshredded plastic interesting. I was defending the company's decision to pay for pre-processed plastic waste.  And I was being fought every step of the way.

Does that mean people think it is a stupid idea for the company to pay for pre-processed plastic waste? It seems that people are saying there are no economic advantages to getting the plastic pre-processed. So why do it at all?
