THE point is that before this benign 'more efficient innovative' model likely hits the street, IF, they've very likely damaged the lives of employees and shareholders as much or more as any gov. agency gone awry. Worse in many cases
So no pure free enterprise operating everywhere in perfect fiscal harmony and mistake free, except in your imagination.
