I’m sure Berman has plenty of news to release but may not want to under the On4 Communications name. Both Hexagon Holdings and On4 Communications are now domiciled in Colorado. FINRA just needs to give Hexagon a ticker symbol so the two can merge, with Hexagon as the surviving entity with the new share structure.

Same applies to the Q4/year end. I assume Berman wants this filed/released under the Hexagon name also.

Just need FINRA to do their job.

I expect a deluge of PR’s and info once Berman is ready to share with us all.
