So the tax reform bill has past. While I generally disagree with many things about the bill; I cant help but wonder what direct effect it will now have on the BP's looking to partner and/or buy drugs. Anecdotally it seems to me that they will now have a lot more cash available and will have more tolerance for taking on risk of putting money to things like partnering on drug development. My hope is that this is just another "plus" that one of our un-named BP's are going to take into consideration when deciding to partner up with IPIX. I'd really like to think that it will be the final catalyst to get one of them to make their offer to IPIX, but that is PURELY SPECULATION at this point.
