Sounds odd but I hope not. NPike has a good point about year end tax loss selling going on now and the possibility of another drop when/if the judge signs off. I would like any deal announcement to be on the first day of the new trading year. Mark' s FOX interview is right after this trading year has ended. Word will have time over the holiday to be distributed by other news services. SFOR will go on people's watch list because of that increased awareness. Then with any deal announcement the bounce back up will be hard and high IMHO.
