I sent an email inquiry to the state office who handles this filing.

I explained the company was Baltia Airlines, BLTA, dba USGLOBAL, new ticker after SEC documents are up to snuff, asking this question:

"Who filed this application?"

I went further to say, the CEO is Anthony Kouloris, I know him, I'm a stockholder, need to know who filed this please?

Kinda wondering if they will ignore me because of privacy issues?

What ever I get back, I'll share....as i said, we need to verify it now.
