It is common to "assess" performance by comparing "Projected Sales/Revenues/Profit" against "Actual Sales/Revenues/Profit."
This seems to be a common item of contention that DECN spends great efforts to PROJECT but very little on UPDATES/FOLLOW-UPS and then ACTUALS.
Any ProForma when compared to Actual is an opportunity to highlight their successes or acknowledge shortcomings with a plan for corrective action. Such communication, in my experience, builds rapport and credibility.....Accountability and Transparency
