Just to add what you said - I am certain that several deals are not only inked but rolled out as well. SFOR don't have to do 8K as deals are inked and executed by a channel partner. As soon as channel partners gets the coins, it will be dispersed. We will see those coins in Q & K accordingly.

Although, any deals that SFOR is working of it's own , we will see all the required filings..
