The biggest plus of private labeling is that if the product gets returned from the lack of sales it does NOT get RETURNED to the contract manufacturer.

So let's say hypothetically that RMHB makes beverages with the Xirkland brand for Bostco and the product doesn't sell well guess who keeps it till they run out?
