Wow, Coz is a complete moron. He has been back and forth on ONCI depending on the wind conditions for the past 6 or 7 months over there.
I have not watched COPS for probably 20 years but from what I remember the show does not cover many parking tickets and illegal u-turns either. DD is at the top of the most problematic issues facing drivers today. Not just the ones texting and talking, but ALL those around people who do text and talk on phones while driving.
I really can not believe the stupid things people say and write.
