Its a huge difference when you are not current and delinquent on filings while sending "Official Notifications". Amazing that some folks don't understand that. I don't care who's list I am on. As previously stated, any form of PR/Update however categorized, the risk of running afoul with the SEC/OTC/Pink would be imminent unless the legal counsel gives the go ahead.. I do not believe anyone would want to see trading halted and QMC delisted

If, as you put it, it's just "One" that makes it the first in line of more to come.
BTW, any PR/Update is part of "Marketing Your Product/Company"
