yep those who illegally manipulate poorly watched OTC targets are very good at what they do ..
the problem they have is when they can't part shares of significance and wind up being upside down for years
again that may change going forward .. but right now NR is *sucking* wind
due to PTOI doing consistently less and less YOY *volume* since 2013/2014's
washed efforts of 36M and change
