Was that true that Cor's clients got their shares for $0.0001 per share and they shorted the shares during the CRGP shares buyback period for the trading prices between $0.0045 and $0.0094 ? So how much profits did they make and would that mean huge profits ? Why didn't they hold on for the next exciting dividend distribution like the existing shareholders had done for ?!
Would the Cor's client have had granted the dividends , how much would the existing CRGP shareholders have had lost ?
I think Senior Judge s/ Joseph F. Bataillon is a very intelligent professional and made the fare judgement of the case . Thumbs up from me !
