Which chemical giant is currently set up in AsIa ? If as per Steves earlier PR they are discussing licensing their tech then they will need to be able to send materials until a reactor or two or three can be setup overseas. Being able to fullfill orders from Texas until that time happens suggests to me something is imminent with a partner.JMHO
