I work with private labels on a daily basis and have a great understanding of what can be labeled private whereas a consumer who does not deal with that on a regular basis may not. It also depends on the state you are having the products manufactured and the regulations that state imposes on the manufacturers which are known as controlled states.
The point is... the cans will have Rocky Mountain High on them and that is what will bring awareness to the brand.
