Having a background in insurance, I believe insurance companies will put policy wording in place that -- '"should an accident occur while engaged in mobile communications -- personal property damage coverage is excluded from this policy." Or something along those lines. They couldn't exclude liability for bodily injury and property damage to others, in my opinion.
They could also threaten not to provide future coverage (non-renewal) in the event of an accident while engaged in mobile communications.
A clause like that and advertising from FLY --- WOW
Could be the future of insurance wording.
