If all the states legalize the evil weed how are the modern day Al Capones ( Bushes) going to fill their coffers. In Colorado both opiods and alcohol consumption lowered with the legalization. Police and lawyers will also see a drop in revenue do to a drop in civil asset forfeiture,,, oh the horror.
