Good question All Good! I don't have the answer but believe Steve will be sitting down with attorneys and financial professionals to come up with the solution. I don't think Steve would want any more debt so maybe he can put on his salesman face and work out an arrangement with cash and future sales. Just rambling as I could take a solid guess right now.
