The AS has been fixed at 350 Mil shares since Dec 2010 per SEC, OCT and August 2017 Nevada state records. The CEO refuses to print shares since Dec 2010. That says a lot since his family is the largest holder of shares.
The unrestricted share float is only 127 Mil shares and 99% of that has not traded for 3 years. Ask yourself why they are holding all this time? Ask me
