I totally agree Mrdrifter! This new buyout offer provides more than ample monies for Gemalto to comfortably settle with SFOR, and still enjoy a hefty buyout amount compared to the offer they turned down from ATOS! I would think they would like to do so that there is no lingering dirty laundry to pass on to Thames!
