The Innovation Pharma.... mentioned in the article was said to be a private Canadian firm. I also saw another site that listed it as Innovat!on Pharma (note the ! instead of an i in the name). Thus, case of mistaken identity. Turns out Unius Pharma (buyer) is a legit company out of Rotterdam.
