Poem a more accurate view of the chart is ONCI
has made MAJOR HIGHER LOWs in JUNE, JULY,
AUG and DEC. That's a long term UPTREND.
Even more significant if you look closer at the ONCI
chart it is forming a REVERSE HEAD-n-SHOULDERS
pattern where the LEFT SHOULDER formed in OCT
and the LEFT side of the HEAD formed from
NOV 5 to DEC 11.
Since DEC 12 the Bullish right side of the HEAD has
been forming with a target price of .015 in about
5 weeks.
