I’m noticing a common pattern, including Crown Bridge Partners, LLC, Power Up Lending Group, LTD, Eagle Equities, JSJ Investments, GS Capital Partners, and Vista Capital Investments that appear to run ”horizontally” as floor-less convertible note holders across many OTC issues - an example I’ve been following is MMEX - other OTC issues that seem to be some form of share-selling scheme, including FECB, BMXC, TGRR, CHRO, and so on are all connected to these toxic debt holders.

Crown Bridge Partners, as an example seems to be a known participant in these schemes, but there is very little information on the partnership - its web page is a landing zone with just a contact form.
