Again - I've been assured that it has been filed - If not I couldn't of been privy to part of the content. Why a delay in reporting I don't know - They might of tagged it for a 8 am cst release in morning but for sure it'll be out before market opens in the am
The below is just my take and IMHO
I'm stoked that this is coming out at this time-frame. We've had 3 dumpers.
Roy Meadows and daughter converted their warrants and have dropped them as fast as they could - Good Riddens Shylock. Great to see they sold most under a penny. These shares that were dumped have been bought up and many got great sub penny fills. If this news had hit prior they would of taken in a lot more cash selling at a higher price. I'll call it Karma and leave it at that.
