Here we are 3 hours into the trading day and there has not been 10M shares tradied while trading has averaged 278M the past 10 days.
I suggest there is a marked reluctance within the stacked .0002 ask to sell into the waiting .0001 bid. I further suggest that a move on the .0002's will see a large number of them cancelled. Ahhhh, gotta love OTC games.
