Once the volume drops off, the stock will inevitably drift back down just as it did last Spring after the bump on the SeD news. If GC can actually complete the tender exchange by Jan 10th, then we should see a real surge in price, but if this draws out into the Spring, then I think this momentum will be short-lived. I think it's obvious that Gerald is executing a pretty methodical pr campaign- everything hinges on the share price at this point so they need to do everything they can to get the price up. I would bet he already knows what days he will be issuing what prs for the next several weeks. The question is whether he's got the funds lined up and can close it by Jan 10th or not.
