PPS is really unaffected by PR's at this point with BVTK. They need to show some $$ to back up all the good stuff going on. I picked up a position here a few days ago as this seemed close enough to bottom to me.

BVTK might not run until next year, but it'll make some moves again. I have flipped this a few times just being upfront on where I stand with it. I might consider staying long if we break a penny and look like we can hold. GLTA either way!
