Songbird fell through so perceived quiet period is over. Songbird pulled out because of USGL's not moving forward. Which also explains why no 8k when we missed the closed deadline; there wasn't another mutually agreed upon date for the closed. So no 8k. Just days before the letter from Songbird Tony was committed to getting it done. Financials were complete etc. Several optimistic thoughts from members here that Tony is happier than ever at the moment. That we are going to be amazed... Have to say, I'm beyond ready to be amazed. Is it a bad hand or is Tony really holding on the 4 aces??
