If you can't squash the roaches, you can at least put them on ignore.
For those who don't know, if you want to ignore someone, click on their name. That takes you to their page. Under their avatar there is a link you can click to ignore them. Then their posts just won't appear in the list of posts. Also, they can't PM you.
