Beau the CEO put out financials on DEC 15 last year
and said officially in PR "Financials would be filed on time".
He also confirmed thru phone conversations the same thing
Financials would be filed DEC 15.
He may just put out the Q4 numbers DEC 15 unaudited
and then give an
update on how the AUDIT is going for the full year
financials to be filed by 1/31/18 fully AUDITED.
