Being the last to know, perhaps one needs to be aware of the influx of "doom & gloom" postings and posters.

When a stock is "in play", you will always see the pump after all the main characters are in place, with their plate full, urging the newbies into buying the shares the players have already placed on the ASK.

Likewise, the harbingers of "impending doom" flood the boards with messages of:

DEATH SPIRAL, COLLAPSED, WORRIED, DOWN OVER (INSERT YOUR FAVORITE PERCENTAGE HERE), WHYZZIT GOING DOWN?, WARNING, PUMP-N-DUMP, JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE HERE, REVERSE SPLIT, NOTIFYING SEC, WHAT A DISASTER!, TRADE HALT SOON, PREDICTING UNDER (INSERT FAVORITE PRICE HERE), YOU WERE WARNED, ETC... ETC...ETC...

Do you really think these prognosticators of perpetual impending doom are performing a public service out of the goodness of their heart?

They profess to do so...

over and over and over again...

years and years of foth-forming font...

Perhaps they too have a financial motive?
