$USTC question: When I looked at the USTC latest Q report, it states that they authorized a total of 20 billion shares - but the Nov OTCmarkets company profile doesn't show this massive A/S yet - do you have any insight on why USTC is flying so high ($.14) with a recently issued 20 bil A/S?
