Thats great and I hope Bill does buyback shares. Unfortunately with the size of the O/S its unlikely TPAC will have enough revenue to buy enough shares to make a significant difference in the O/S.
Not sure exactly how Bill would be able to buyback shares when he is still taking on toxic debt. TPAC cannot buy shares without being cash positive. They must have 0 debt and buy shares with profit. TPAC is currently running at a $4.5 million deficit annually. So any idea of a share buyback is just a dream at this point.
