The 10-q was for the period up to Oct 31,2017
So basically it reports from August through October.
If you recall, during that time MMEX was in the process of applying for the TCEQ permit and paying for the land as well as getting all the other permits to build the 10,000 bbl unit.
Most of what is reported includes activities to achieve this end.
So, there are convertible notes and payments to these activities.
Basically nothing we don’t already know
