With all due RESPECT James, "Deliberate late filing"? based on what?
if the auditor is unwilling to sign off on the filing, which I'd bet has been DONE for awhile now, is HARDLY a DELIBERATE act on QMC's Part.
call it what you wish, but "DELIBERATE" is not the word. IMO
