yep NR has to have those *volume* days at least a couple times per month .. regardless 2017 is still gonna be the lowest *volume* ever
for PTOI YTD (2009 had an April start)
as of the EO November 2017 .. 2017 YTD volume = 11,911,568
by comparison .. 2016 was 19M and change
more interesting is what NN had to *report* yet again last month % wise
not exactly a surprise tho' for some ~
