suspect it was yet another set up .. I emailed someone and noted
when the *bid* @ 0299 was relo'd .. we'd see PTOI go lower ..
what is always telling to me is the % done *hidden* seemingly regardless of whether a *volume* day or not
possibly being done to *provoke* P2O's mgmt .. highly doubt it has any effect
