I would have to agree after reading the last Q its clear we were all lied to by TPACMuse/IR/S7/S1/James Brown/IR. There is no indication of a share buyback or any sort of reconstruction.
To date TPAC has 1 eBike sale netting them $490. All we can do now is hope that Bill actually sold the 100 ebikes he claimed and they will be in the K. But even then its not really going to help us with all this dilution and the massive share structure. The only chance TPAC has for servival now is a reverse split to get rid of all these shares and for Bill to keep his hands off the Preferred shares and stop diluting them.
