There is no deadline and given the back and forths in scheduling, it looks like he has a full agenda. Therefore, I would not worry about the timeline so much. This being said it is an extremely important catalyst for DECN.
I am more interested in hearing the developments that are under our control: partnership, private label agreement, SA order (take a look at the PR where they announced this and the duration), new product test results for taking them to the market....I hope that this lawsuit is not holding up everything at the operational level. This company is more than a lawsuit and they need to prove that not only with words but w execution FINALLY!
