I'm of the opinion that it remains a valid lawsuit. It would be similar to the Trustwave (?) lawsuit in which they are owned by SingTel, a foreign company.
The lawsuit relates to their business here in the U.S. in which our patent prevails!
Some of our other posters probably have a better handle on it, but I don't see it effecting our lawsuit against Gemalto! Just IMHO!
