2.warrant for 250 shares/unit =
750000 shares
if converted unit gives 5001000 shares
units + warrant 5751000 shares

booker warrant 6% of converted shares only on units only
6% of 5001000 = 300060 shares for a total of 5301060 shares

shares converted units plus warrants 6% of 5751000 = 345060 for a total 6096000 shares so breaking the deal we have four escenarios

1.units only 5001000 shares
2.units with warrant 5751000 shares
3.booker warrant on units 5301060 shares
4.units & warrant 6% booker 6096060 shares
