To uplist NTEK needs two years of audited Financials and a pps of above 1 dollar. NTEK does not need to reverse split at all and can reach that 1 dollar pps in a matter of months if it delivers it's well anticipated UF 3.0 without dilution followed by global campaign. Many OTC stocks have done that even on just hype. With UF 3.0 going to dollars while keeping OS the same will be faster.
