I remember telling George at the 2016 shareholders meeting that I wished SFOR followed through to trial with MSFT. If we did we wouldnt be going through this now, would have validated the patents with MSFT. Unfortunately, SFOR was in desperate need of $$.
Now, we are doing it correctly.
PTAB reviewed, and now one of the highest courts in the country that can easily squash the a district courts poor judgement (put very nicely) will also make a determination. If this goes SFOR's way, then game on beotches.
On the investor side, who has the patience and stomach?
