Don't think so on T/W, also don't think so on S/A overall, but, S/A will only benefit from any tactics so why not utilize whatever they can, and don't think they are just playing, if you want my honest opinion.

I don't agree on " things are going exactly as we expected." and
on being " in the drivers seat", I wouldn't quite put it that way because this was a black swan event that no one saw coming.

SFOR/RG needs to take control of it again obviously.
