Huggy Bear aka malc stone seems to think that ihub needs to be served, even though ihub is not a defendant in the lawsuit.
From this, it can be deduced that malc expects ihub to provide some layer of protection for him as the SHTF right in front of his face.
How sure are you about that mr. milc stain? What's in it for ihub?
Is it not conspicuously self-entitled for one to expect that a publicly traded company like IHUBY would want to voluntarily involve itself in court room litigation for the sake of a "customer"?
I sure could never bring myself to expect that out of a public message board in exchange for my $12/month subscription fee.
Seems like it sure would take quite a vote of confidence or even some verbal assurance for one to proactively operate under that assumption...
