I’ve been doing some digging while we wait for news to drop. Roderick D Nelson is a board member of Cogosense. He is Chief Technology Officer for GlobeTouch Inc,

I understand the want or need for Cogosense to have someone like this on the board, but I find it interesting that a high-level management from GlobeTouch is a board member.

Roderick D Nelson is also on the board of Tropian, a subsidiary of Panasonic, and Qurvo Inc, a company with an 8.64 billion market cap. And also Cogosense….. interesting.

Here is Bloomberg link for Cogosense. Under Company Profile you’ll see toward the bottom that Cogosense is listed as a subsidiary of On4 Communications, Inc. That helps me to accept the info on the page as current. If you click on People you’ll see Roderick D Nelson listed as a board member. Click on “relationships 17” to see his connections to Tropian Inc and Qurve Inc.

I don’t want to make more of it than Cogosense having a quality board member, but it does make me wonder about the 6th leg of Hexagon.
