Any thoughts that Berman may have changed his mind about domiciling in Colorado. Could he be looking at Canada instead? On4 was Canadian until June 2nd 2015. Cogosense is Canadian. His focus on MJ seems to be limited to Canada.
It could explain why he allowed the Colorado filing to expire, if that’s what occurred. Also, he stated a while ago that his preference to Colorado was due to their liberal stance on MJ. Canada is more liberal on a national level; unlike the United States.
Perhaps when he said in the last tweet “Canada is the place to be” he wasn’t just referring to MJ.
