I totally agree longbord! It is totally inconceivable to me that SFOR's patent can once again become questionable, especially after the IPR denial! What even irritates me more is the perceived conflict of interest which failed to result in the judge recusing oneself from the proceedings! Even in spite of that not happening, I can't believe the basis used by the judge to imply SFOR's patent is invalid! Communications methods used by Greek God's and/or morse code used during WWII!!! I hope their ruling goes up in smoke, because I think whatever else went up in smoke before the judge's ruling should come into question! LOL! I know California is a liberal state, BUT REALLY!!!!
