My point, though, is that a smart investor who has some money could make a killing on this stock. Let me ask it another way, ok ?:
How high do you think the PPS would run to if ALL 3 of these happened:
1) Cancelling of rights offering (no dilution)
2) New Strategic partner/Investor
3) Expansion actually taking place
Well, if somebody came to Joey after already amassing say 7M shares at an avrg of .025 and helped him out - don't ya think THAT would be the catalyst to at least get up to new 52 week highs ?
Lots o money sir from .025 to say 25 cents !!!!! Again I ask how high could stock RUN if above 3 happened ?
*** You tellin me that someone with deep pockets couldn't front 1M for buildout costs on 3 locations as his 7M shares would make him over 1.6M instantly on such news. I think PPS would actually make NEW 52 week Highs as demand is improving in both LA locations.
Need a catalyst to get PPS moving and avoiding dilution from offering is a great way to start / actual expansion wouldn't be bad either IMO
